Free Shipping
First Place Games offers free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders below $75 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will do our best to communicate any major delays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. First Place Games is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
First Place Games ships primarily through USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and shipping speed selected at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, First Place Games ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us at support@firstplacegames.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
First Place Games is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
